You might like to keep a list of patients you have seen in outpatients.
It is very easy to keep extra patient lists. InControl Central you will see the dropdown box.
The List dropdown box lets you navigate between different patient lists.
By default there is only one list 'INPATIENT' which contain your unit list.
To create a new list, press theNew button. A input box will then pop up to ask for the name of the new list. Type in the name and press enter.
Once you have done that the screen will be refreshed and you will have an empty list.
Start adding new patient to the list by typing in the UR number in the UR field.
You do not have to type in the rest of the information. Simply press the button. You will be asked the login username and password to the PAS system. After you login, all the demographic details will be filled in automatically. No username or password will be stored in the MasterControl database.
You can navigate between lists with the List dropdown box.
To move patients between lists you can use the dropdown box in the patient record next to the button.
